Ingredients:

  • 1 (2.6 oz.) Pouch - Tuna Creations® Hickory Smoked
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 12 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 12 cup chopped jicama
  • 14 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Optional: fat-free ranch dressing

Directions:

  • Place lettuce in a large bowl.
  • Top with tomatoes, tuna, jicama and black beans.
  • If you like, drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Enjoy!
